Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Njp / Bagdogra To Gangtok:
- Arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport
- Meet and greet by our driver
- Transfer to Gangtok
- Check-in at hotel
- Overnight stay in Gangtok
Day 2: Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion:
- Breakfast at hotel
- Visit Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) – a beautiful glacial lake
- Visit New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft)
- Return to hotel in Gangtok
- Overnight stay in Gangtok
Day 3: Gangtok To Lachung (north Sikkim):
- Breakfast & check-out with limited luggage
- Drive to Lachung (8,700 ft), a scenic village in North Sikkim
- Check-in at hotel on arrival
- Overnight stay in Lachung
Day 4: Yumthang Valley Excursion & Return To Gangtok:
- Early morning drive to Yumthang Valley (12,000 ft), known as the "Valley of Flowers"
- Visit the Hot Springs on return
- Return to Lachung for check-out
- Drive back to Gangtok
- Check-in at hotel and relax
- Overnight stay in Gangtok
- Note: In winter, vehicles may go only up to Snow Point due to heavy snowfall.
Day 5: Transfer To Darjeeling & Local Sightseeing:
- Early morning visit to Tiger Hill for sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (subject to permit)
- Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on the way back
- Breakfast at hotel
- Darjeeling local sightseeing:
- Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda
- Himalayan Mountaineering Institute
- Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (Closed on Thursdays)
- Tenzing Rock
- Tibetan Refugee Centre (Closed on Sundays)
- Outer view of Tea Garden
- Overnight stay in Darjeeling
Day 6: Departure – Darjeeling To Njp / Bagdogra:
- Breakfast at hotel
- Check-out and transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport
- Tour ends with wonderful memories
